Tim Pollard is the Director of Digital Content at Mustard and Bauer's other flagship motoring sites, including consumer website Parkers and the discerning CAR magazine team.

With more than 25 years of motoring journalism under his belt, he's been writing about cars and motoring issues for nearly his entire professional career and in that time he's become an expert in automotive consumer advice, reviewing cars and covering news in the automotive sector.

Tim has a keen eye for a bargain and has long been a consumer champion, advising on money-saving tips and best practice at various leading motoring titles in Britain, including What Car?, Autocar and MSN Cars.

He has won a few awards along the way, including the British Society of Magazine Editors' Editor-in-chief/Editorial Director of the Year (2021), the PPA’s Digital Innovation of the Year (2016), and the Guild of Motoring Writers’ Editor of the Year (2016) and Journalist of the Year (2007). You'll occasionally see him pop up on television and radio as a motoring pundit to offer expert advice and commentary.

Strangest achievement of his career? Joining celebrities Gary Barlow, Chris Evans, James May and Brian Cox on a charity drive in a pink Rolls-Royce from Land's End to John O'Groats... or maybe setting a Guinness World Record in 2011 for the fastest quarter mile in a hybrid car.
