Mazda picked up the award for its overall excellence in the field of new car finance. It offers large deposit contribution discounts and combines them with low interest charges across the range.

It beat the highly-recommended runners-up, the Alpine A110 and Renault Megane RS, both of which set new standards of handling and ride in their market sectors.
